At DJ Residency Pattaya, “shipping” refers to the confirmation and delivery of hospitality services such as room bookings, pool party packages, event experiences, and other related services.
We do not deliver any physical goods by courier or post. Instead, all services are digitally confirmed and physically delivered at our hotel property in Pattaya, Thailand on the chosen dates.
Instant Booking Confirmation
Upon successful online payment through Razorpay or any other listed gateway, guests will receive:
- An instant confirmation email
- A WhatsApp message with booking details and reference number
This will include:
- Booking ID
- Guest name
- Check-in and check-out dates
- Total amount paid
- Selected package and inclusions
Manual Verification for Personal Touch
To ensure accuracy and offer a personalized experience, one of our team members will call you within 3 hours of your booking to reconfirm:
- Date of arrival
- Number of guests
- Any additional preferences (e.g., airport pickup, dietary requirements, party participation, etc.)
This step is part of our guest experience commitment and helps avoid any last-minute confusion.
Digital & Physical Confirmation
- A digital confirmation (email and WhatsApp) is sufficient for check-in.
- However, if you prefer a physical copy of your booking invoice or confirmation slip, we’ll be happy to provide it upon your arrival at the hotel reception. Just ask!
Airport Transfers / Special Services
We do offer airport transfers and optional services (e.g., group activities, special requests, extended stays) on demand. These:
- Are chargeable separately
- Must be discussed and finalized over a phone call
- Will be confirmed via a separate WhatsApp message and invoice (if opted)
Please note that these services are not auto-included unless specified in your booking package.
Service Fulfilment Timeline
All services booked on DJ Residency Pattaya’s website are fulfilled only on the travel dates you select while making the booking.
- There are no shipping or delivery timelines as understood for e-commerce goods.
- All package experiences (accommodation, pool parties, meals, etc.) are delivered in-person at our property.
