1. Guest Identity Verification
For security and legal compliance:
- All guests must provide a valid passport (for international tourists) or a government-issued residential ID (for Thai citizens) at the time of check-in.
- A copy of the ID will be securely stored as part of our check-in record.
- Guests failing to produce valid documentation may be denied entry without refund.
2. Couple-Friendly & Group-Friendly Stay
We are proudly couple-friendly and group-welcoming. Whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, or with friends, our space is designed to host memories.
- There are no restrictions based on marital status, nationality, or gender.
- We ensure guest privacy, freedom, and safety at all times.
3. Party Environment, Alcohol & Smoking Policy
At DJ Residency, we embrace the fun—but with some house rules:
- Smoking is allowed in designated areas and balcony spaces.
- Outside alcohol is permitted inside your rooms. You can also purchase from our in-house bar or vendors.
- Private parties within the room or pool area are allowed and encouraged (subject to volume/time limits after 11:00 PM).
However, outside visitors (non-registered guests) are not allowed inside rooms or the premises without prior permission. If approved, a guest fee will apply per visitor.
4. Pet-Friendly Stay
Yes, your furry friends are welcome!
- DJ Residency is a pet-friendly hotel, but prior intimation is mandatory.
- An additional maintenance/cleaning charge may apply depending on your room type and pet size.
- Guests must ensure their pets do not cause inconvenience to others or damage hotel property.
5. Property Damage or Misconduct
We love our guests—but not broken furniture or misused amenities.
- Guests will be held financially responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property (including electronics, furniture, linens, décor, etc.).
- Any misconduct, including fighting, vandalism, or offensive behavior, may lead to immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.
6. Check-in / Check-out Timings
- Standard Check-in: 2:00 PM onwards
- Check-out Time: 12:00 PM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
7. Noise Control & Neighbourhood Courtesy
- While we support celebration, we also respect local regulations.
- Please lower noise levels after 11:00 PM in common areas.
- Staff may intervene if other guests raise a complaint.
8. Booking, Payment & Refund Acknowledgment
By booking a stay with DJ Residency, you confirm that:
- You have read and agreed to our Pricing, Cancellation, and Privacy policies.
- You understand all bookings are subject to hotel verification and confirmation call.
