Cancellation & Refund Policy – DJ Residency Pattaya

We understand that travel plans can change. At DJ Residency Pattaya, we aim to provide a flexible and transparent cancellation process so our guests can book with confidence.

This policy outlines how cancellations, date modifications, and refunds are handled.


1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking by reaching out to our team via email or WhatsApp with your Booking ID.

Cancellation Charges:

  • More than 7 days before check-in100% refund
  • Between 3 to 6 days before check-in50% refund
  • Within 2 days of check-inNo refund
  • No-show on the day of arrivalNo refund

Refund eligibility is based on the time remaining before your scheduled check-in date.


2. Date Modification Policy

We allow you to modify your stay dates once, without penalty, subject to availability.

  • Please inform us at least 3 days prior to check-in.
  • Rescheduling is allowed within a 60-day window from the original booking date.
  • Rate differences (if any) due to new dates will apply.
  • No modifications are allowed within 48 hours of check-in.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed through the same payment method used during booking.
  • We use Razorpay’s secure gateway to initiate all refunds.
  • Refunds typically reflect within 7 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

Once the refund is processed from our end, we will share the Razorpay transaction ID for your reference.


4. Exceptional Cases

We do consider full or partial refunds on humanitarian grounds such as:

  • Flight cancellations
  • Medical emergencies
  • Natural disasters
  • Government travel restrictions

In such cases, please email your request to [support@djresidency.com] with supporting documents. Our team will evaluate the situation and respond within 48 hours.


Final Note:

  • Refunds are not applicable for discounted, non-refundable, or promotional packages, unless specifically mentioned.
  • Group bookings (more than 5 rooms) may follow a different cancellation policy; please confirm at the time of booking.
  • All cancellation and refund requests must be sent from the same email ID or phone number used during booking.
